PRECAST CONCRETE STEPS
Precast concrete stairs are a cost-efficient product that will not rust, rot or burn and require little to no maintenance over their long service life. Our stairs are produced in a manufacturing facility with fully automated batch plant, so we have control of mix design and environment during curing, we can ensure extreme accuracy in both strength and aesthetics. Precast stairs are completely custom and can incorporate non-slip and architectural finishes, various landing configurations, embeds and railing connections. Installation and delivery are available. When our precast stairwell shafts are coupled with our precast stair sections you can be guaranteed a high-quality product that can be installed in an extremely time efficient manner. PRECAST CONCRETE FIREWALLS

Our firewalls, fire separation, and spatial separation walls can be insulated or solid and have the ability to resist a fire for up to four hours. Production of precast concrete is done in our manufacturing facility, saving time, labour and winter construction costs for on site work. They can also be made with any required penetrations for mechanical or access needs. Fire-rated metal door frames can be cast in during production, ensuring the maximum fire protection.
