Precast concrete wall panels are produced per engineered drawings and can come in almost any shape, size (within 38 x 11 feet) and finish. Precast concrete facilities are perfect for municipalities and owners looking to invest in long-term infrastructure, because little to no maintenance is required throughout the building’s life cycle. Insurance rates during construction and operation are significantly lower than traditional building types, due to the reduced risk of deterioration, maintenance costs, and increased safety against destruction. Precast concrete reduces materials, labour and equipment, saving money, our environment, and project timelines. They also give clients the option to have decorative finishes to the concrete that will not only look great but make your building standout.

FIREWALLS
PRECAST CONCRETE FIREWALLS

Precast concrete has superior fire resistance compared to traditional building materials and is ideal for buildings that will store, operate, or be located near combustible products. Our firewalls, fire separation, and spatial separation walls can be insulated or solid and have the ability to resist a fire for up to four hours. Production of precast concrete is done in our manufacturing facility, saving time, labour and winter construction costs for on site work. Precast concrete adds safety and security to buildings and can improve insurance rates and speed up mortgage approvals. They can also be made with any required penetrations for mechanical or access needs. Fire-rated metal door frames can be cast in during production, ensuring the maximum fire protection. Structural cast in connections can be added for ease of tying into surrounding structures
